Builders accumulate side projects faster than they can evaluate them. Brix borrows the Brix scale, the sugar measure that tells a grower when fruit is ready, and applies it to a portfolio of repositories.
Collect
Brix reads each repository’s code and documentation and researches the market around it, including competitors and their logos, with every source cached.
Analyze
Each project is scored on demand pull, market penetrability and readiness to ship, with a headline Brix score. Scores are stored as distributions so a reviewer can see the uncertainty.
Present
A portfolio dashboard and a per-project report that reads like a market memo.
